| We spent the 16th traveling down to Arthur for a delicious lunch at Yoder's Kitchen. That evening we drove back up to Starved Rock to spend the night in the lodge. In the morning we went over to the Lock and Dam. We had heard there were eagles and we were not disappointed. These are not the greatest pictures, but you can tell there are eagles. |

| There were lots of flocks of Canadian Geese, both on the river and on the ground. |

| Ring-billed Gull. It was a cold day, but so nice to see the eagles are coming back. |
