| I stopped by the reserve at Lake Patterson the other day to see if the lake was frozen over yet. No birds, not even a goose. |

| I did come across these deer out in the open by one of the parking lots, feeding. |

| They have their winter coats on. |

| They were kind enough to stand there while I took pictures. |
