| The other day at a marsh area not far from our house we happened upon this heron fishing. He had just landed on this muddy bank and caught a fish. |

| It looks like he was washing it off, now who would want a muddy fish? |

They are such fun to watch! I haven't seem many this year and it is frustrating. I don't know where they moved...further up the river, I guess. You got a nice sequence of photos of his fishing activity.
